Nicosia, Cyprus - May 30, 2025 - Reference is made to the announcement on May 26, 2025, regarding the successful merger between Seabird Exploration Plc (“SeaBird Exploration”) and Energy Drilling Pte Ltd.
The Annual General Meeting of SeaBird Exploration (to be renamed SED Energy Holdings Plc) will be held on June 26, 2025 at 11:00 am local time at the company’s offices at 16, Pantelis Catelaris Street, Diagoras House, 1097 Nicosia, Cyprus.
