Scandinavian Biogas welcomes St1 as new major shareholder

Scandinavian Biogas has today received information that St1 during the recent days has acquired a total of approximately 14% of the shares in Scandinavian Biogas.
St1's vision is to be the leading producer and seller of CO2 - aware energy.
