SLP achieves the customer satisfaction target with a CSI score of 81

SLP has achieved the target of reaching at least 80 in CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index). The target was set for the end of 2025, and in the latest survey a score of 81 out of 100 was measured, which is a significant increase from 74 measured in the first survey in 2023.

Today’s uncertain environment places extra high demands on being an active property owner and having close collaboration with tenants that creates long-term value for both parties. It is therefore particularly pleasing that we have achieved our customer satisfaction target. The score of 81 is a receipt that our focus on close relationships and a high level of service is appreciated,” says Filip Persson, CEO of SLP.

SLP will continue to use regular surveys to monitor customer satisfaction and develop service and management. For SLP, tenants are always at the centre.
