Strong quarter for Astor Group – results exceed expectations

Scandinavian Astor Group AB (publ) (”Astor Group” or the ”Company”) announces that preliminary results for the third quarter of 2025 are expected to exceed market expectations. The preliminary figures show that Astor Group's EBITDA will be approximately SEK 15 million, compared with SEK -3.9 million in the same quarter last year. At the same time, earnings before tax are expected to be approximately SEK 3 million, compared with SEK -8.3 million in the corresponding period last year. Sales during the quarter amounted to approximately SEK 79 million. 

“The third quarter is generally characterized by the summer holiday period, so we are very pleased with the hard work done at Astor Group, which has resulted in these strong results. We will now continue our ongoing efforts to further build on this positive trend”, says Mattias Hjorth, CEO of Astor Group.

Astor Group's improved results compared with previous years are mainly attributable to acquisitions and improved revenues in the Group's companies. At the same time, last year's comparative quarter was affected by costs related to the capital raising linked to the acquisition of Scandiflash.

All figures in this press release are preliminary. Astor Group will publish its interim report for the third quarter of 2025 on November 12, 2025.
