Svenska Aerogel strengthens collaboration with customer in the outdoor industry – new container order delivered

Svenska Aerogel’s customer in the outdoor thermal-insulation segment has placed an additional full container load (FCL) order. The order comprises 2 tons of Quartzene® and represents the customer’s second major order this year.

Earlier this year, Svenska Aerogel received the customer’s first major order, totaling 2.6 tons. After an initial successful production batch, where the material was used in outdoor products to enhance thermal insulation, the customer visited Svenska Aerogel’s production facility in September.

During the visit, the customer presented its forecasts and plans for new products and applications incorporating Quartzene®. The parties also discussed how production capacity and logistics can be scaled to meet growing demand.

As a result of the visit, Svenska Aerogel received a new bulk order for 2 ton of Quartzene®.
