Terveystalo's Annual Report 2025 published

Terveystalo Plc’s Report of the Board of Directors and Financial Statements 2025 were published today. The Report of the Board of Directors includes the Sustainability statement, which has been prepared based on the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and in accordance with the sustainability reporting standards (ESRS). Authorised Sustainability Audit Firm KPMG Oy Ab has verified the sustainability statement in accordance with the ISA 3000 assurance standard as a limited assurance engagement.

Terveystalo publishes Terveystalo Plc’s Report of the Board of Directors and Financial Statements also in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements in xHTML format. KPMG Oy Ab has provided an independent auditor’s reasonable assurance report on Terveystalo’s ESEF financial statements.

Today, Terveystalo also published a Corporate Governance Statement and a Remuneration Report for 2025.
