Trophy Games - Share Buyback Program Update

As of today Trophy Games has bought back 124,572 of its own shares for an average price of 6.86 DKK totalling 854,564 DKK. 

The share buyback program commenced on April 10th, 2025, and runs until the end of trading on Nasdaq Copenhagen on the day of the General Assembly for Fiscal Year 2025, both days inclusive. During this period, Trophy Games Development A/S will buy its own shares up to a maximum of DKK 5 million.

Trophy Games now holds a total of 751,502 (2.72%) of its own shares, purchased at an average price of 4.5 DKK.
