Veidekke: Exercise of employee share options

A total of 42 participants in Veidekke ASA’s share option program have on 14 November 2025 exercised a total of 29,581 options at a strike price of NOK 90.36.

Following the exercise, the employees will acquire 29,581 shares in Veidekke ASA. The shares will be transferred during December 2025. Shares acquired through the program are subject to a one-year sales restriction from the exercise date.

500 options have been exercised by primary insiders.
