Wärtsilä Corporation’s Annual Report 2025 published
Wärtsilä Corporation has today, 17 February 2026, published its Annual Report for the year 2025. The Annual Report contains a Business review, the Corporate Governance Statement, the Remuneration Report 2025, the Board of Director’s Report including a Sustainability statement, and the Financial Statements 2025.
The Financial Statements are published in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. The format is Extensible Hypertext Markup Language (XHTML), and the consolidated financial statements have been labelled with XBRL tags. The audit firm PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy has provided an independent auditor’s reasonable assurance report on Wärtsilä’s ESEF Financial Statements in accordance with ISAE 3000.
The Sustainability Statement, published as part of the Report of the Board of Directors, is prepared in accordance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy has provided a level of Limited Assurance, using the ESRS Standards and the requirements of the delegated acts of the Taxonomy Regulation as criteria.
