Wetteri’s Annual Report 2024 published
Wetteri Plc has today published its Annual Report for the year 2024. The Annual Report includes year and business review, the Board of Director’s report, the consolidated financial statements, the parent company's financial statements, the auditor's report, the corporate governance statement and the remuneration report for the year 2024.
The Report of the Board of Directors includes the Sustainability statement prepared in accordance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) and Chapter 7 of the Finnish Accounting Act. The audit firm PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy has performed a limited assurance engagement on the Sustainability statement.
Wetteri Plc publishes the Report of the Board of Directors and the Financial statements in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements in XHTML format marked with XBRL tags and it is available as a zip file attached to this release. The appendices are also published on the company's website at sijoittajat.wetteri.fi/en.
The audit firm PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy has provided an independent auditor’s reasonable assurance report on Wetteri Plc’s ESEF Financial Statements. The assurance has been completed in accordance with the international standard on assurance engagements ISAE 3000.
The Corporate governance statement and Remuneration report have been published also as separate publications.
