Wetteri's change negotiations concluded

Wetteri has completed the change negotiations initiated on 3 September 2025.

As a result of the negotiations, personnel reductions of a total of 52 person-years were concluded, as well as 44 substantial changes in the job descriptions. The personnel reductions and reorganisation made as a result of the negotiations are part of measures aimed at adjusting the company's costs and changing the organisation to correspond to its financial situation as well as the challenging continued market situation. The estimated annual savings of the adjustment measures are approximately EUR 4 million.

Wetteri's new organisation aims to streamline the company's operations, build profitable growth and accelerate the implementation of the soon-to-be-published strategy. Our new organisation will start working to achieve these goals from today,” says Pietu Parikka, CEO of Wetteri.

The negotiations covered approximately 410 of Wetteri's approximately 750 employees.
