Wihlborgs appoints new Regional Director for Helsingborg

Charlotte Norell has been appointed Regional Director for Wihlborgs in Helsingborg and will take up her position on 1 October. With extensive experience in the real estate industry, including valuation, analysis, strategy and transactions, she will bring additional perspectives and experience to the organisation and to the continued development of Wihlborgs’ operations in Helsingborg.

Charlotte Norell is a co-founder of Croisette, where she previously served as Head of Valuation and Analysis, and has also worked as a Transaction Project Manager at Castellum. She holds a Master of Science in Engineering in Land Surveying, specialising in real estate economics, and lives in Helsingborg.

As Regional Director, Charlotte Norell will be responsible for Wihlborgs’ operations in Helsingborg and will become a member of the company’s Group Management.
