Wihlborgs signs leases in Berga, Helsingborg, totalling 3,500 square metres

Wihlborgs has signed several new leases in recent months with both new and existing tenants in Berga, a popular business and industrial area in northern Helsingborg. The tenants include two companies operating in the technology and industrial sectors, as well as Autoexperten, which is expanding and establishing a new tyre hotel in its new premises.
The technology and industrial companies are existing tenants that are continuing to grow in the area. One is expanding by 1,500 square metres and moving to another Wihlborgs property under a five-year lease. The other is expanding its leased space by approximately 600 square metres. The seven-year lease means that the company will have a total of approximately 1,800 square metres at its disposal.
Autoexperten, which has been a Wihlborgs tenant in Berga since 2017, is expanding from 400 to 1,100 square metres and is also moving to new premises at Kroksabeln 19. The five-year lease will enable Autoexperten to develop its operations in Helsingborg, including through the establishment of a new tyre hotel. The move will take place around the turn of the year.
In addition, Avarn has expanded its operations by just over 400 square metres and is moving to Hakebössan 3, while Carglass is expanding from approximately 200 to 500 square metres at Pilbågen 6.
Berga is Helsingborg’s largest business area, offering a diverse range of premises for offices, warehousing, production and retail. The area has a strategic location with convenient access to the E4/E6 motorways and Route 111, while Maria railway station is just a short walk away. The broad mix of businesses and good transport links make Berga an attractive location for companies looking to grow and develop.
“KGK|Autoexperten is continuing its investment in Helsingborg by moving to larger and more suitable premises in the Berga area. The area offers a strong automotive cluster, with close proximity to customers, business partners and key transport links. This investment gives us better opportunities to develop our offering and meet growing demand in the region. Wihlborgs has been an important partner throughout the process and is helping to create the right conditions for our continued development in Helsingborg,” says Fredrik Skarpsjö, Deputy CEO and Chief Operating Officer of Autoexperten.
“In Berga, we see several examples of companies that need more space, are developing their operations and choose to remain in the area. These are exactly the kind of long-term customer relationships we want to build. By staying close to our customers, we can also help find new solutions as their businesses change and grow,” says Ulrika Hallengren, CEO of Wihlborgs.
