Alzinova: TO3 warrants outcome - Redeye

Redeye provides a comment on Alzinova’s TO3 exercise outcome, which generated SEK26.3m (before issue costs). With a subscription rate of 93.4%, the exercised warrants resulted in an addition of 12,112,231 new shares. Following this, we have updated our estimates and valuation accordingly.
