Embracer Group: Superstar Acquisition - Redeye

Redeye is optimistic about the acquisitions announced today. Embracer has entered an agreement to acquire the development studios Crystal Dynamics, Eidos-Montreal, and Square Enix Montreal. The most prominent IPs include Tomb Raider, Deus Ex, Thief, and Legacy of Kain. The acquisition also enables access to a back catalog of IPs for more than 50 games from Square Enix Holdings.
