Embracer (Q1 Initial take): Stronger than expected, reiterated guidance - Redeye

Redeye comments on Embracer’s Q1-results which were stronger-than-expected driven by solid growth in Embracer ex Fellowship and the Entertainment & Services business, while both Fellowship and Embracer ex Fellowship reported stronger Cash EBIT than expected. Embracer reiterates its guidance of a Cash EBIT of at least SEK1bn for FY 2026/27E while adding that confidence in the guidance has improved after Q1 performance.
