KDventures: New Funding for PharmNovo Results in Writedown - Redeye

Yesterday, KDventures announced s SEK39m funding for the phase II programme of PharmNovo, active in chronic neuropathic pain (neurology). KDventures' ownership is diluted from 9% to 5% . On the one hand, the funding suggests interest in PharmNovo from external investors; on the other hand, it demonstrates that this is conditioned on a lower valuation than in previous funding rounds.
