Magle Chemoswed: Extended acceptance period for offer - Redeye

Redeye leaves a short note following Magle’s announcement yesterday of the initial outcome of the public offer to acquire Amniotics and an extension of the acceptance period. We are disappointed to learn that the conditions for completion of the offer have not been fulfilled.
