Magle Group: Rights issue outcome – SEK34m raised - Redeye

Redeye comments on the announced outcome of Magle’s recent rights issue, which was subscribed to approximately 85%. This was in line with pre-commitments, resulting in gross proceeds of around SEK34m before transaction costs and set-off of bridge loans. The proceeds will support balance sheet strengthening and core operations, while additional capital is still required to meet bondholder conditions. Following the transaction, we update our base case valuation.
