Magle Group: SEK40m rights issue and revised financing package - Redeye

Magle has announced a rights issue aimed at strengthening its balance sheet, improving financial flexibility and supporting core operations. The issue is largely covered through subscription commitments and guarantees, and is complemented by bridge financing intended to be repaid through the transaction. In parallel, the company has reached an agreement with bondholders that includes a conditional covenant waiver linked to securing additional capital.
