Paxman: Directed issue - Redeye

Redeye comments on Paxman’s directed issue to institutional investors, raising SEK123.5m. This has been an eventful week for the company, and we plan to release an update in the near term, in which we will dig deeper into the company’s takeover offer to Dignitana and adjust our model accordingly to the directed issue.
