Achilles Capital AB (publ.) increases its ownership in PolarCool through the acquisition of 100,000 shares

The med-tech company PolarCool AB (publ.) announces that Achilles Capital AB has purchased an additional 100,000 shares, corresponding to approximately 1% of the company. Following the transaction, Achilles Capital will own approximately 26.5% of the shares in PolarCool.

PolarCool’s CEO Erik Andersson comments:

-We are glad that our major shareholder Achilles Capital has chosen to acquire an additional 100,000 shares, thereby increasing its ownership in the company. This is a clear vote of confidence in what we are doing and shows that they recognize the company’s significant potential, particularly in North America.
