Aqua Bio Technology ASA: Share capital increase registered

Reference is made to the resolution by the extraordinary general meeting of Aqua Bio Technology ASA (the "Company") on 16 February 2026, regarding a share capital increase to facilitate a reverse share split. The share capital increase consists of 33 new shares, at a subscription price of NOK 0.25 per share and at a par value of NOK 0.10 per share, corresponding to a total increase in the share capital of NOK 3.30.
 
The share capital increase mentioned above has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The new share capital of the Company is NOK 16,139,675 divided by 161,396,750 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.10.
