The Election Committee for the 2025 Annual General Meeting has been appointed based on ownership.

The Election Committee consists of:

  • Magnus Unger (Chairman of the Election Committee)
  • Jesper Åkerlind
  • Mattias Fredriksson
  • Fredrik Burvall

The Annual General Meeting of Beyond Frames Entertainment AB (publ) will be held on June 26, 2025. Shareholders who wish to submit proposals to the Election Committee for the 2025 Annual General Meeting may submit proposals by e-mail to [email protected] no later than May 24, 2025.
