Brinova acquires residential properties in Hässleholm

Brinova Fastigheter AB (publ) (‘Brinova’) has signed an agreement today to acquire two residential properties comprising 105 apartments in Hässleholm.
Brinova Fastigheter will be acquiring the residential properties Heideman 1 och Solbrinken 1 in Hässleholm. The properties are located in the municipality of Hässleholm, with the largest property, Heideman 1, situated in the T4 area in which Brinova is the main property owner, and adjacent to the properties already owned by Brinova. They have a lettable area of approximately 7,500 m2 and an average rent per m2 of SEK 1,155.
The properties, which also include 47 outdoor parking spaces, are being acquired through a corporate structure at an underlying property value of SEK 78 million.
The acquisition date is planned for 1 April 2026.
