Brinova supplements information in a press release regarding the divestment of a residential property in Denmark

On 31 March 2026, Brinova Fastigheter AB (publ) ("Brinova") signed an agreement to divest the newly built Danish residential property comprising 153 apartments.  

Brinova divests the property located at Telegrafvej, Ballerup in Greater Copenhagen, Denmark. The development property, part of the acquisition completed in April 2025 from K-Fastigheter, had an original value of DKK 380 million. The property was completed in November 2025 and is currently fully leased and comprises a leasable area of 11,059 square meters, along with an associated parking garage. At year-end the property had a property value of DKK 397 million. The transaction is carried out as a share deal reflecting an underlying property value of DKK 437 million (approximately SEK 637 million) prior to deduction of deferred tax and sales expenses. The purchaser is the Danish asset manager Formuepleje, which will assume ownership of the companies on 14 April 2026.
