Kristina Karlsson Steps Down as CFO of Nivika

Nivika Fastigheter AB (publ) (“Nivika”) announces today that CFO and Deputy CEO Kristina Karlsson has decided to leave her position to focus on her own business. Kristina Karlsson has served as CFO of Nivika since 2018 and will remain in her role during the notice period. The recruitment process for a new CFO will begin immediately.
 

Kristina has been CFO at Nivika since 2018 and has played a central role in the company’s growth, particularly in the journey towards and listing on Nasdaq Stockholm’s main market in 2021

- Kristina has been instrumental in enabling Nivika to take the step onto the stock exchange. Under her leadership, the company has implemented numerous new systems and processes to meet the requirements of a listed environment. I want to thank Kristina for her commitment and drive and wish her the best of luck with her own business, says Sverker Källgården, CEO of Nivika.
