Protector Forsikring ASA - Changes in Executive Management team
Amund Grønvold Skoglund is appointed as new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Protector Forsikring ASA (Protector). The appointment is a part of the planned and long-term succession for the current CFO, Ditlev de Vibe Vanay, who has been with the company almost since its inception. This succession is anchored in the company's established framework for leadership development and succession planning.
Ditlev de Vibe Vanay will continue in Protector in the position as Director of Operational Risk and Capital and will still be a part of Protector’s executive management.
Protector’s new CFO and member of the executive management team, Amund Grønvold Skoglund, comes from the role as Chief Business Controller & IR in Protector. He has been responsible for the company’s key financial functions and investor relations. Amund Grønvold Skoglund has held several key roles in Protector since 2017 and holds a BBA from OsloMet.
