SKF Vertevo Capital Markets Day to be held on 17 November 2026

Gothenburg, 1 October 2026: SKF Vertevo welcomes institutional investors, financial analysts and financial media to a Capital Markets Day on 17 November 2026 in Stockholm. The Capital Markets Day marks an important milestone as SKF Vertevo prepares to become a standalone, publicly listed automotive company following the planned separation from SKF.

The event will provide deeper insights into SKF Vertevo's market position, strategy and roadmap for long-term value creation. President and CEO Kerstin Enochsson, CFO Niclas Sjöswärd and other members of the Executive Management Team will present SKF Vertevo's investment case and strategic priorities. Topics will include:

• Market trends and attractive growth opportunities.
• SKF Vertevo’s position across Passenger Vehicles, Commercial Vehicles and the Vehicle Aftermarket.
• A lean and efficient company setup and automotive adapted value chain to improve efficiency and increase speed.
• SKF Vertevo's financial framework and long-term financial targets.

The event registration starts at 12:00 (CET) with a light lunch served until 13:00, when the presentations start. The presentations are expected to finish at approximately 16:30 and will be followed by refreshments and mingle.

Participants are welcome to attend in person at Epicenter, Malmskillnadsgatan 44A, Stockholm, Sweden, or to follow the presentations as a live webcast. The Capital Markets Day will be held in English.

On 1 October 2026, AB SKF's Extraordinary General Meeting resolved to distribute all shares in SKF Vertevo to SKF shareholders. SKF Vertevo is planned to be listed on Nasdaq Stockholm and the first day of trade in SKF Vertevo shares is expected to be 1 December 2026.
