SLP extends lease agreement and increases rental value

SLP has extended an existing lease agreement of approximately 13,000 square meters at the property Boktryckaren 4 in Nässjö. The lease is extended by 5 years and thus runs until 2033. At the same time, rental income increases by just over SEK 0.7 million per year, which means that the total annual rental value amounts to SEK 6.5 million.

As part of the extension, SEK 9 million is being invested in development of the property. The objective is to increase the capacity for loading and unloading and raise the standard of office and personnel spaces, which also means a more attractive and flexible property in the long term.
