Studsvik Strengthens Executive Management Team to Accelerate Growth and Innovation
Studsvik AB is pleased to announce several key appointments to its Executive Management Team, marking a significant step in the company’s strategic journey. As Studsvik enters a new phase of growth, these changes are an important step in aligning our business strategy with the industry, and accelerate our position as a global leader in nuclear technology and innovation.
Jason Babik has been appointed Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). In this newly established role, Jason will be responsible for driving Studsvik’s long-term strategic initiatives, supporting growth across all business areas, and strengthening the company’s position in the global nuclear technology market.
Jason brings extensive international experience in strategic transformation and has previously collaborated with Studsvik as a strategic advisor during the acquisition of the BlackStarTech product line earlier this year. His insights were instrumental in aligning the acquisition with Studsvik’s broader vision for software-driven modernization in the nuclear sector
Veronica Fors has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In this newly created role, Veronica will lead Studsvik’s global HR strategy, with a focus on talent development, organizational growth, and cultural transformation to support our expanding business.
Mikael Karlsson has been appointed Business Development, Waste Management Technology. In this newly established role, Mikael will focus on advancing business development initiatives within this area, leveraging his extensive experience as the former Business Area President of Waste Management Technology.
Joakim Lundström has been appointed Business Development and Head of Sales, Fuel and Materials. In this newly established role, Joakim will lead business development and sales efforts in this domain, building on his strong background as the former Business Area President of Fuel and Materials Technology.
These appointments reflect Studsvik’s commitment to building a forward-looking, agile, and high-performing leadership team that can deliver on our ambitious growth agenda.
