Freetrailer Group A/S (“Freetrailer”) has today received notifications of transactions in the shares of Freetrailer carried out by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and/or persons closely associated, pursuant to Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014, Article 19.

• Thomas Zeihlund (Group CEO) – via Riverhorse ApS: Purchase of 17,251 shares at an average price of DKK 57.48, with a total consideration of DKK 991,621, on 26 February 2026.
   
• Kræn Østergård Nielsen (Chair of the Board) – private: Purchase of 8,758 shares at a price of DKK 56.63, with a total consideration of DKK 496,676, on 26 February 2026.
   
• Anders Birk (Board member) – private: Purchase of 1,836 shares at a price of DKK 55.80, with a total consideration of DKK 102,448.80, on 26 February 2026.
